The Standard in Process
The Ozark Reversible Homogeniser mixer head and propeller assembly is configurable to suit either the grinding of agglomerates or the mixing of viscous liquids. A choice of flat or spiral propeller is available; these are interchangeable to suit the material characteristics to give optimum results. The versatility of the Ozark Reversible Homogeniser enables it to yield a more consistent end product than conventional agitators or mixers, thus eliminating costly wastage as a result of unsatisfactory mixing. All contact parts are of stainless steel, and polished units are available to suit sanitary applications. Mixer capacities are from 2Kg to 200Kg, dependent on the configuration of the mix tank and the material.

The Ozark Tank Mixer is configured to suit individual customer requirements and is available with an optional weighing system to mixing vessels. Also available as an option is automatic dosing of products to mixing vessels.
The Ozark Twin-headed mixer can be wall or gantry mounted, with sizes available to suit varying material types. The twin-headed mixer can also be configured to suit automatic conveyor feed systems, with speed and time changes to mixing.
